All Inclusive Outlet came to Digital Impulse with an outdated site in need of an upgrade that would create a better user experience and in turn increase bookings and revenue. We worked with multidisciplinary teams at AIO to build a more intuitive user flow and experience while enhancing the site's design and style on the frontend. We then supported their team of in-house developers to build the frontend and backend of the new site.
The redesign focused on a cleaner, less-cluttered navigation. Users can easily shop by popular destinations, resorts, or interests. Pages feature clear calls to action, and price cuts are highlighted by displaying both the original and discounted prices.
An additional focus of the redesign was on highlighting partners and advertisers to drive additional revenue to the site. Partner resorts are a key aspect of All Inclusive Outlet's business; it was important to incorporate these resorts into the design prominently without compromising user experience.
The new site is easier to navigate, offers clearer conversion paths, and enhances the business model. Performance metrics have improved and the site continues to drive bookings and revenue.
