Digital Campaign Strategist
The Role

We’re searching for a like-minded Digital Campaign Strategist to join our team and partner with our Director of Marketing Services. Together, you will develop and manage omni-channel digital marketing campaigns that drive exceptional results for a diverse list of clients. Working from the ground up, you’ll audit a client’s existing marketing mix, provide market research, competitor analysis, and forecasts, as you develop campaign strategies that drive towards each client’s unique goals. Working in tandem with other members of the marketing and creative teams, you’ll see these campaigns through launch, monitor their performance, and optimize as needed. Lastly, you’ll play a key role in client communication, both creating client buy-in on proposed strategies, and presenting campaign performance through status calls, performance decks, and consistent email communication.
The right candidate for this role is excited about all things related to digital marketing. Experience across a variety of channels including search, social, programmatic, and email automation is important in this role, but a relentless desire to learn and constantly expand your skillset is vital.
The Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing Services to develop strategic marketing initiatives
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to both internal and external teams
- Organize strategy and consolidate learnings from our marketing experts into cohesive decks and client presentations
- Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve our clients’ short and long-term business goals
- Identify opportunities to continuously improve campaign performance
- Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and other client deliverables (e.g., decks)
- Be held accountable for the health and performance of marketing campaigns across multiple clients
- Assist in managing internal communications with other departments within our organization
The Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of digital marketing experience
- Knowledge of paid search, paid social, SEO, content marketing, and marketing automation preferred
- Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Expertise with PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Excellent organizational skills
